Notes:
1. The membership fee is valid for one year from the month the subs are paid. This only applies to new members. Existing members cannot delay their subscriptions and then expect their membership year to be extended.
2. *The date subscriptions are due is the date used for date of birth calculations.
3. Members can pay full rate categories by 4 quarterly installments. The first installment to include an additional admin fee of £10. The member must submit post-dated cheque's with the first installment.
